The RAZOR
Our Standard helmet is the RAZOR.
Made of Carbon fibre (CF) it comes complete with 6 vents on top and 2 on the rear, as well as audio cut outs over both ears. Both ear pads come with pockets for audible devices.
Each helmet is dispatched in a fleece bag which converts into a headover for those cold days.
Our linings are removeable to enable washing.
We use three main composites at present, although we have a wide range available to suit your specific requirements.
Our three main composites are:
1. Carbon fibre / Kevlar / Dyneema.
This produces a fantasticaly light and super strong helmet with resistance to both ballistic (Kevlar), impact (Carbon) and abrasive damage (Dyneema).
2. Carbon fibre / fibreglass.
Again a very strong light helmet which would meet most sporting needs but lacks ballistic protection.
3. Carbon fibre.
An excellent helmet with very good impact protection, lighter and slightly more flexible than option 1. Great if weight is an issue and Ballistic protection not.
The top,rear and audio vents can all be customised in both shape and lining colour. It all depends on you.

Due to our advanced processes we are able to keep the overall weight of our products to an absolute minimum thus reducing the stress placed on your neck and shoulders without compromising overall helmet strength.
We also offer paint as an option for your completed helmet, at present we undertake solid colours only,
FLAT TOP HELMETS:
Our flat top helmet is aimed at the small camera user. Therefore the flat top section is only approx. 65mm wide by 90mm long. This provides ample support to the base of the camera while still being compact.
The Flat top helmet comes complete with Ladder strap chin cup and cut away sytem.
